Laporan Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek Pada PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Adapun perusahaan yang dipilih adalah PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa yang bergerak di bidang sarung tangan karet ini terletak di Jl. Medan - Binjai KM 11 kabupaten Deli Serdang. Setelah mengkonfirmasi maslaah dalam proses pembuatan sarung tangan dari hulu sampai hilir dengan pihak personalia, karena banyaknya maslaah dalam proses produksi yang harus segera di perbaiki. Ada beberapa masalah dalam proses produksi yseperti tingkat ketidakhadiran para karyawan yang sagta tinggi berdampak terganggunnya proses produksi dan meningkatnya reject atau mutu C di produksi dalam beberapa bulan terakhir. Untuk itu praktikan membantu personalia mengatasi masalah terlebih dahulu yang sangat tinggi karena mengganggu proses produksi sehingga menurunya jumlah produksi. The selected companies are PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa which is engaged in rubber gloves is located on Jl. Medan - Binjai KM 11 Deli Serdang district. After confirming the problem in the process of making gloves from upstream to downstream with the personnel, because there are many problems in the production process that must be fixed immediately. There are several problems in the production process, such as a very high level of employee absenteeism which has an impact on the disruption of the production process and the increase in rejects or C quality in production in recent months. For this reason, the practitioner helps personnel to overcome the problem first, which is very high because it interferes with the production process so that the amount of production decreases.
